Centraal in Nederland bij het dorpje Spijk, wordt The Dutch aangelegd. The Dutch wordt een golfbaan die zich kan meten met de topbanen in Europa. Een golfcomplex als business platform, compleet met een Clubhouse, Lodge en een Academy ontworpen door European Golf Design. The Dutch wordt in eerste instantie een 18 holes Golf Course op internationaal wedstrijdniveau ontworpen door de Tour Professional en Golfcourse Designer Colin Montgomerie. Tevens zal in de tweede helft van 2010 gestart worden met de bouw van een tweede baan. Voor dit ontwerp zal Sam Torrance tekenen. Hij is eveneens een gevierd Golf Professional en Golfcourse Designer.
