Linda Elben started working with seniors over 20 years ago. After achieving both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work with specialization in aging and concentration in clinical services, Linda has been licensed as a social worker since 1993. Lindas work experience spans adult protective services, local government health department work and inpatient work as a discharge planner at Memorial Hospital at Easton. Coupled with a 20 year work history at a Medical Adult Day Care Center as a social worker and then Director, Linda understands senior needs and services as well as the management side of running a nonprofit organization. From marketing to networking, advocacy to leadership, Linda has demonstrated success and excellence in serving seniors. Born and raised in Caroline County, Linda built a home on her grandparents farm. A pet lover, Linda spends time with her cats, dog, and her extended family. She travels, appreciates concerts, sports events and Broadway shows. Most days, shes bustling about The Dixon House, leading, encouraging staff, managing resources and chatting with residents.
