Our successful track record, built over a period of 20 years, is centred on a team of around 30 consultants. Each of these have had day-to-day and senior management experience in organisations similar to your own, managing and implementing sustainable change, before moving into consultancy. Our consultants’ extensive and deep technical knowledge, breadth of experience, and ability to follow the facts, enables us to deliver sustainable results quickly and efficiently. We understand the complexity of roles, relationships and connections, both internal and external that impact upon the ability to achieve a successful result. We typically work in small teams selecting the consultants who can bring the most knowledge and experience to the project. We always work with our clients’ existing culture (unless it’s the culture that the client wants to change) and engage with their teams’ hearts and minds. Only when this is achieved can the assignment effect the lasting change that will deliver benefits. We view skills transfer as a critical to enable enduring change, allowing a controlled exit path for our consultants whilst, most importantly, leaving our client better equipped to continue to deliver business benefits as part of “business as usual” on their own. Each project represents a significant investment. Therefore, like any business case, we will agree clear objectives, a finite timescale and costs to achieve defined, deliverable sustainable benefits.
