Hey, I'm Garrett Willis — and I've spent 27 years living inside technology from just about every angle imaginable. I've been the VP of IT managing a $3 million budget and a full IT department. I've been the Sr. Director of IT scaling a team from 3 people to over 30. I've executed federal ATOs, managed government contracts with the IRS, the Department of Education, the Department of the Treasury, and the USDA, and built infrastructure that had to work — no excuses, no downtime. I've also been on the consulting and sales engineering side, working across private sector organizations before moving into federal sales. In other words — I've been on both sides of the table.
