The Communication Dynamics Lab is AI-augmented communication training. People rehearse the human skills that decide careers: the interview, the ask, feedback, and the hard conversation. It is live and human-led, in person or virtually, with a conservatory-trained facilitator running the room. The AI does not run the room. It measures what used to be invisible, like how much you actually listen, against a published, science-backed standard, so progress is something you can see, not just feel.
