Named one of New York City's most important real estate development companies by Crain's New York Business, The Clarett Group is a Women's Business Enterprise recognized for its high-quality residential and mixed-use projects in metropolitan areas. Founded and headquartered in New York City in 2000, The Clarett Group has since opened offices in Los Angeles and Washington, DC. In The Clarett Group's nine-year history, the firm has completed and is developing real estate projects containing nearly 3,000 luxury residential units within over 4,000,000 square feet of space. Nine highly acclaimed New York City luxury residential towers as tall as 55 stories have been successfully completed on time and within budget. In the past year, Clarett has completed the governmental approval process for a one million square foot mixed use development in Hollywood, California with unprecedented unanimous public support. Additionally, the firm has commenced the development of two office buildings in Los Angeles and Washington. In 2009, The Clarett Group acquired FountainGlen Properties, a West Coast-based company that develops and operates age-restricted residential communities.
