Now in its 111th year, The Choate News is written, edited and published weekly to cover events at the school and to offer a forum for opinions of significant interest to the Choate Rosemary Hall community. Our readership extends beyond the student body, faculty and staff to include alumni, parents, and others not on campus. Reporters and editors ensure that the paper’s content reflects the values of the community at large. Simultaneously, we strive to be as much like a professional paper as possible. Thus, part of our mission is to give students an introduction to the profession of journalism.
