The Cedar Group is a boutique management consulting firm specializing in transition planning, conflict resolution, negotiation, mediation and arbitration for companies, organizations, and private individuals; both in Israel and internationally. Our multi-disciplinary team has decades of experience in working with different size companies from start-ups and entrepreneurs, to large multi-nationals. We are well versed in working with family businesses, family offices and family foundations. We train, advise and assist clients to plan, and manage their negotiations more effectively. We offer one-on-one consulting, mentoring and coaching, focused lectures and interactive workshops. We believe that each of our clients are special and requires personalized attention to help them solve the particular challenges they are facing.
