The Caterers Information

The Caterers vision is to meet customers expectations when organising an event no matter how small or big the event or experienced in organising events is the client. We price events to include everything necessary for that event from the cutlery and delph to our highly experienced chef's and waiters. We want to let the client know from the first quotation how much the catering element of the event is going to cost and what standard of service they are likely to receive. Our quotations calculate the final cost - no additional surprises like delivery charges, staff charges, plate charges etc. What you see is what you pay. If we think that you will need something then we will include it - you can then take it out if you require. We offer complete event catering services with restaurant standard food in a high or low volume environment. The Caterers standards are of the highest, we are fully HACCP compliant as well as fully insured and health board registered. Our staff are highly trained with years of experience in private catering. We have our own equipment which compliments our food and service. We offer Noritak Arctic White delph, Newbridge cutlery and White Damask linen. We can also organise additional equipment as our client require. We have a very good and well priced selection of top quality wines available from small select Irish suppliers. We also offer a bespoke wine selection service for very special events. We also tailor menus to our clients specific needs and requirements. We are delighted to be on the panel of caterers for Dublin Castle and other OPW managed venues.
