How we work: passive, research-led search. We interrogate both sides of the hire with the questions behind our own industry research, then build the role at company, project and manager level, so the job a candidate accepts is the job they actually get. For the customer - We bet our own fee on the outcome. After our retainer, the balance of our fee is only payable once the hire holds the seat for three months. If they leave before then, you never owe the balance. The turnover risk is ours, not yours.
