The Bryan Group provides REO property management, sales and marketing services for home builders and developers in the DC Metro Area. Our services include condominium new construction, condominium conversions, market and feasibility studies, new home product review, new homes sales office staffing, new home sales office support and consulting services. We have worked with new home builders and developers including Crescent Heights, Orion Residential, Starwood Financial, Lexin Capital, Mitchell and Best, Robert B. Jordan Companies, UDR, EQR, Lennar Homes, Ryland Homes, Oakridge Communities, NVP Inc., and many other fine companies. The Bryan Group has a fully staffed REO Department and works with several national banks managing REO properties in the DC Metro Area. Our REO department is very experienced in handling all REO property management services including cash for keys, BPOs, trash-outs, re-key, repair/renovation services, sales and marketing services, home owner association services and contractor bidding, invoicing and management. We work through Equator, LPSVCS, LPS-AM, ResNet and HUD.
