We're are an organization formed by and for high-achieving women in creative and communications industries. We exist because we saw fewer and fewer women in senior roles as we excelled in our own careers. And we wanted to connect those of us who were there, so we could lean on each other as we navigate the challenges, obstacles and opportunities in our careers. The Broad Exchange's primary goal is to create opportunities to transform dialog about things that CAN help us grow into action that DOES help us grow. We provide events, content and tools that help us take action to thrive professionally and live our fullest lives on our own terms, and we facilitate opportunities for the community to interact and exchange personal experiences, ideas and resources.
