We report all deficiencies in a manner that is clear, accurate and written in a way that can be useful in negotiating repairs. All BrickKicker inspectors maintain an ASHI membership and our new inspectors work toward attaining the ASHI Certified Inspector status. ASHI is the only truly accredited professional home inspector association. ASHI certification requires passing the National Home Inspector exam, 20 hours of continuing education per year and a third party review of actual reports to demonstrate compliance with ASHI Standards of Practice. As ASHI Certified Inspectors we set the standard in our community for professionalism, competence and excellence in our industry.
