Established in 2005, The Barish Fund is a private equity investment firm that focuses on acquiring, operating and growing small companies. The Fund invests in companies that have above-average revenue growth, strong market positions and quality reputations, but are facing operational or financial roadblocks to future success. The Fund will, under appropriate circumstances, purchase 100% of the company, allowing management to move on and pursue other interests. It also has the flexibility to partner with existing management to jointly develop a business plan, provide operational expertise and financial resources. We are an operational investor that helps companies grow to the next level, not a financial buyer that takes cash and jobs out of its companies.
