About The Artificial: Founded in 2014 by Director Salvador Farrajota, The Artificial is a boutique architectural and interior design practice that specialises in crafting meaningful spaces and enduring design solutions. Rooted in the local context and with a deep respect for the natural environment, The Artificial produces highly considered architecture and interiors that balance functionality and aesthetics. As a small practice, we value good design and prioritise providing an enjoyable experience for our clients. From initial concept to the realisation of the built product, we work collaboratively with our clients throughout the entire process to ensure the outcomes meet their vision and needs. About Salvador: Salvador is a Brisbane-based architect with over 15 years of local industry experience across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. With a down-to-earth approach and client-focused mindset, Salvador is dedicated to delivering thoughtful and practical design solutions. He honed his expertise while working with the Brisbane-based firm, Ellivo Architects, where he led key projects in residential, multi-residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. Salvador holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Built Environment from the Queensland University of Technology. He is a registered architect with both the Board of Architects Queensland and the New South Wales Architects Registration Board.
