In 2003,2004,2005,2006 and 2007, The Art Shop was voted #1 gallery in the nation by Decor Magazine for Retail Excellence. In 2008 , The Art Shop was named Retailer of The Year by Greensboro Merchants Association and the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. The Art Shop also specializes in custom framing and art and frame restoration. The Art Shop was founded in 1899 and is Greensboro's second oldest business.
