The Art Effect Competitors

ArtWorks is an award-winning Greater Cincinnati nonprofit that creates community-based public art that provides career opportunities for artists of all ages. The organization collaborates with community organizations and residents, businesses, governments, foundations and nonprofits to build creative works of art that bolster the region’s global reputation as an arts destination. ArtWorks employs professional artists who inspire and mentor diverse teams of youth, ages 14-21, helping them build 21st century career-readiness skills. These teams have completed more than 14,000 public and private art projects in its 28 years, including more than 230 permanent outdoor murals.

The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey was recently designated a "Major Arts Institution" by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts. This non-profit, regional art center features both a professionally recognized art school and a critically acclaimed exhibition program. With nine state-of-the-art studios, the art school is taught by an award-winning faculty. Facilities also include a two-story exhibition gallery, two strolling galleries, a digital media studio, and a sculpture park. Educational programing includes Outreach programs, Docent tours, Exhibition programs, Teachers' Symposiums, Kids and Teens Art Camps and much more.

Artists For Humanity (AFH) harnesses the power of mentorship and paid professional experiences to inspire teens to build their future. We provide a safe and supportive environment where teens are employed to explore their voice and forge their unique path to success. AFH teens transcend economic, racial and social divisions to transform communities through creative expression.
