The Academy is an online education system and learning management system that is focused on providing learning at all stages of life. We do this by engaging the learner through interactive, informative online mobile friendly courses that take generally less than 15 minutes with access to longer training courses that are SCROM formatted. We have enhanced the ability for administrative tracking, recognition and direction through our online learning management system ImpactPRO/EDU. Train, develop and retain employees and students, by focusing training efforts leading to higher employee engagement and greater learner retention. As an administrator, you’ll be able to recommend and require courses for employees/students, review progress and performance in your custom dashboard and much more. Exclusive online courses facilitate intent, providing learners with the information, direction and knowledge they need to take their next steps in life. With courses on everything from Life Skills to intensive “Careers In” exploration, Next Step Academy offers an online learning experience like no other. Content is reinforced with a short quiz at the end of each course, and registered learners gain access to digital badges, important feedback, exclusive offerings and more. As a top non-degree institution/platform, Next Step Academy is leading the way in online learning and training, using both it's internal micro-courses, custom built courses and integrated courses.
