The Argonauts Information

The Argonauts help companies to become future-proof through cross-innovation. We connect business leaders with peers from different disciplines, sectors and generations to find answers to today's challenges. Think of technological disruption, demographic and economical shifts, the generation gap, aging populations, mobility and climate change, to name just a few ... We organize learning journeys through a mix of workshops, company visits, academic sessions & social activities. We connect a multidisciplinary group on a common challenge to learn, explore and exchange on unique locations and settings. In this way, we create a breeding ground for new ideas and concepts. Our "meaningful learning journeys", as we call them, are curated by lead argonauts, opinion leaders with an in-depth domain expertise of the theme. Our innovation labs facilitate co-creation tracks to allow organizations to innovate together and take their ideas to a next level within a clear legal framework of open innovation.Through ideation, co-creation and business design, we translate these ideas into concrete concepts and business models. The Argonauts take cross-generation innovation and entrepreneurship seriously. To this end we organize entrepreneurial camps for youngsters where we connect creativity and entrepreneurship in a unique way. After their camp, we scout our Junior Argonauts in the realization of their entrepreneurial or creative dream, in collaboration with our partners Unizo, Cronos Group and Technopolis.
