The Apprentice Academy delivers government funded apprenticeships and qualifications across the UK, helping employers build a skilled, productive workforce and helping individuals build their confidence, competence and career capability, from entry level through to senior management. Every programme we deliver is built around our 3Cs and 3Ps framework: 3Cs – Confidence, Competence and Career Capability 3Ps – Productivity, Pay Rises and Promotions Our specialist subject areas cover: Artificial Intelligence Accounting & Finance (AAT) Business Transformation (Our Business Analyst Apprenticeship includes BCS qualifications) Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Data Analytics Project Management Housing & Property Management (CIH) We have also been selected by Skills England as one of a limited number of training providers to deliver AI Apprenticeship Units in Phase 1 of the national rollout. These units include: AI Strategy and Opportunity AI Adoption, Procurement and Governance AI Delivery and Organisational Transformation We are on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP), regulated by Ofsted and rated 'Good' at our last inspection. We hold the Matrix Standard for Information, Advice and Guidance and are an AAT, BCS, CIH and CIPS Approved Study and Exam Centre. We have won the AAT Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year Award two years running, and our success rates consistently outperform national and international averages. 100% of learners report increased confidence, 99.5% increased competence and 100% increased career capability. 77% of employers report a productivity increase, 71% of learners received a pay rise and 54% were promoted, with an average salary increase of £4,922.
