Tappable is a software and product development studio in Bedford. We help businesses work out what's worth building, then design and build it. Since 2011, we've built business systems, web platforms, mobile apps and AI tools for companies that solve real operational problems, improve efficiency and support growth. Every build starts with two weeks of discovery with our senior team, at no upfront cost, working out what's worth building before anyone writes code. Some of the work: - PatientGo, the clinical trials platform we built with Illingworth Research Group, scaled from hundreds of patients to tens of thousands and won a MedTech Breakthrough Award in 2026. The same client's expense team went from approving 500 claims a week to 5,000 with no extra headcount, once we built AI approval into the platform. - A six-week invoicing cycle that now runs in six hours. - A servicing app that connects to Classeq's commercial dishwashers and cut service time by around 60% per unit.
