The purpose of the Foundation is to provide financial support and mentorship to innovative, high performing Canadian university students in the fields of technology or computational mathematics who embody Andrew’s values of innovation, leadership and perseverance, even in the face of significant life challenges. The Andrew Rok Foundation is named for the inspirational founder & CEO of AKN, a leader in the delivery of innovative B2B IT infrastructure services. Andrew was a passionate & brilliant visionary who saw the future as a complete picture where others only saw scattered puzzle pieces. He always challenged his team to look ahead and constantly said “we can do better.” His leadership, exceptional intelligence and passion for technology are greatly missed.
