THCS was founded in 1991 by Noel and Doreen Tennant as `Tennant Hydraulic Consulting Services Pty Ltd' providing Building Hydraulic Services Consultancy to the ACT region. Following 16 years of successful operation and growth in June 2007 David Tennant and Robert Perry assumed ownership of the business under the new name of THCS (ACT) Pty Ltd. Today THCS are one of Canberra's leading Building Hydraulic Services Consultancies providing proactive support to some of the region's largest construction projects ranging from high rise residential and mixed use developments, commercial office developments, and special purposes projects in the areas that include; health, aged care, education, research, accommodation, hospitality, defence. THCS has been established in the Canberra region since 1991. We have acquired extensive experience having undertaken a diverse range of works for local and federal government agencies as well as a range of private sector clients. THCS (ACT) Pty Ltd has a demonstrated ability in all aspects of Building Hydraulic Engineering Services design. The combination of trade and engineering backgrounds of our staff enable us to provide well considered design solutions to achieve the required outcomes. THCS has a particular focus in designing to provide economic and environmentally friendly solutions, while considering the end ongoing maintenance and functional requirements of the installed systems.
