Mindful Schools is a non-profit organization founded in 2007. We are proud to be a partner of choice for over 500 schools across the country. We’ve trained over 70,000 educators through professional development training, community resources and events, and most recently, national schoolwide mindfulness programs. Our programs are all designed by educators, for educators, with educators with deep experience bringing mindfulness to schools with an equity-centered, trauma-sensitive approach. BreathworksTM offers training in Mindfulness Based approaches to Pain and Illness (MBPI). We run training courses for developing mindfulness as a personal practice and for teaching mindfulness to others. In addition, we offer training for those wishing to deliver the Breathworks Living Well with Pain and Illness courses. BreathworksTM runs Living Well Courses in the UK and beyond for people living with pain and illness.
