Bought by specialist retail investors, Modella Capital, in June 2025, we’ve got ambitious plans for the future with our sights set on becoming ‘Your Hub of the high street’. As WHSmith, we’ve been a fixture on high streets, shopping centres and retail parks for over 200 years – and more than a million customers visit our stores each week. Now, we’re stepping into the next chapter as TGJones. Exciting new partnerships, new products and a new look and feel are all part of our plans. It’s a new face for our next adventure.
