TGB is a Design firm: Architectural Design and Social Design. Our clients are our inspiration. They challenge us to engage in complex social situations with an empathetic, curious and creative mindset. Together with them, we design environments that draw out the collective potential necessary to cultivate resiliency and well-being, so that we as a community will thrive. Our Architectural Design services includes Master Planning, Programming, Medical Planning, Architectural Design, Interiors, Furniture & Equipment Planning for healthcare and community oriented projects. Our Social Design services includes Facilitation, Strategic Planning, Programming, Operational Improvement, Organizational Development, Transitional Planning and Change Management. We’re located in Edmonds, WA, and we’ve been around since 1993.
