Textura have two solutions of which would be of distinct interest to you and your members: • Construction Payment Management (CPMTM) • Early Payment Programme (EPPTM) What is CPM? Textura®—Construction Payment Management (CPM™) enables clients, contractors and the entire construction supply chain to maximize cash flow, maintain transparency and minimise risk in the payment process. Textura CPM is a collaborative, web based solution that supports all common forms of contract - It fully integrates with all major ERP and accounting systems to drive-out costly errors, increase visibility, reduce risk and improve cash-flow. What is EPP? The Early Payment Program is an innovative arrangement developed by Textura and its partners to give Subcontractors new competitive advantages by enabling faster payment of Subcontractors. By expanding the functionality of our Construction Payment Management solution to include EPP funding by third-party financial institutions, the solution will give Subcontractors the opportunity to obtain payment for invoices in advance of the typical payment date. Textura will be launched in Europe 2015.
