Texprotec offers a complementary range of protection sleeving for cables, tubes and braid conductors; wide-ranging expertise acquired over 5 generations in the braiding, weaving and knitting of textile and metallic threads. The group, which has its head office in Ambert (63), brings together 4 manufacturing plants: Tresse-Industrie, Electro-Shunt and Lejeune, in France, as well as one overseas facility (in Mexico). The group is positioned in niche markets within the automotive, aeronautic, rail, electronic and military sectors. Texprotec has 120 team members and an annual turnover of 15 million euros, 50% of which stems from the export market. The group has an aggressive policy of innovation pursued through its R&D department, as well as an integrated testing laboratory, which has enabled the group to register 5 patents over the last few years.
