Texor AB is a manufacturing partner for critical industries where quality, precision, traceability and documentation are essential. From our 4,500 m² facility in Lycksele, Sweden, our team of around 60 specialists manufactures precision components, assemblies and complete systems for customers within Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Food, Energy, Nuclear and Space. Since 1967, we have built extensive expertise in manufacturing non-corrosive materials. Our in-house capabilities include CNC machining, welding, grinding, blasting, pickling, passivation, electropolishing, cleaning, assembly, testing and complete product documentation. Our machining capacity enables us to handle individual components up to approximately Ø1,800 mm and 8 tonnes – from smaller precision parts to large and complex components. By keeping more of the manufacturing chain under one roof, we reduce supplier interfaces, improve process control and provide clear responsibility from raw material to final inspection and delivery. Texor processes more than 550 tonnes of stainless steel annually and has manufactured more than 10,000 chromatography columns. When required, every component can be fully traceable from raw material to final testing. Our certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 3834-2, National Board and ASME Section VIII Division 1. We also work to ASME BPE requirements. Texor is an Animal-Origin Free facility, all employees are GMP trained, and testing is supported by DI water according to USP requirements. Sustainability is an integrated part of our operations, including 100% renewable electricity, component-level carbon footprint reporting and EcoVadis Silver.
