I highly recommend TPI if you are in pain and are looking to solve it. Andy is a people person. He's been very educated in pitching mechanics, and working with young men and developing them to be successful pitchers, and pitching health and pitching care prevention for injury prevention. Coach Powers gave me the tools and advice to get my confidence back on the mound again after the injury. I'm a weekend starter now, which was not expected. I really don't think I could have done it without Coach Powers.
