Tevel Metro is the Operation and Maintenance company of the Red Line Light Rail in Tel Aviv. The Red Line is the first in the planned network of light rail lines in metropolitan Tel Aviv area. Tevel successfully started the operation in August 2023. Our operating system includes 45 trains, each of which is capable of transporting approximately 500 passengers. The Red Line will serve about 80 million passengers each year. The line is 24 km long, of which 12 km are in an underground tunnel. The Company employs over– 400 professional and skilled personnel.
