Tether was dreamt up by two twenty-somethings in Huntington Beach, California. One being a photographer, and the other with a mind for business, the two joined forces to create a company that would fix an issue they came across - unappealing and uncomfortable stock camera straps. Using genuine, suede-backed leather, they created the first Tether camera strap. Since then, Tether has grown substantially. Our product lines have expanded to include a variety of products including sunglass straps and Apple Watch straps. All of our products are designed in California and 100% handcrafted.
