Tests4Techs is a revolutionary hiring tool for managers to evaluate the technical skills, knowledge, and understanding of generator technicians during the hiring and employee evaluation process. Tests4Techs offers two paperless assessments designed to test the skills and qualifications of generator technicians. The Remote Generator Assessment evaluates candidates during the initial application process and before an in- person interview. The In-Person Generator Assessment is designed to be taken in-person either during an interview or as part of an internal evaluation process The results of the assessments will be emailed to the managers immediately upon completion and includes a national percentile, allowing managers to compare and rank applicants and current workforce on a national level. Both assessments were created by a team of engineers, technicians, managers and trainers with a combined 100 years of power generation experience.
