Test Innovations Information

Test Innovations is dedicated to innovation in measurement instruments. For 17 years we have been developing educational, psychological, and personnel selection tests to discover Hispanic talent in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, and the USA. We encourage the academic and professional development of students from the elementary level to post-doctoral degrees, by providing instruments for career planning and evaluating abilities that are useful in occupational counseling. We offer scientific measurement alternatives to consultants, for-profit and non-profit organisations, cooperatives, and government agencies, which will provide useful information for planning, creating, and implementing strategies that will allow them to select, train, develop, direct, and motivate human resources for effective performance. All tests developed by Test Innovations are available for online administration. Some tests and questionnaires are also available for administration using optically-read answer sheets when there is a need to evaluate a large number of individuals at a time. These sheets are usually sent to Test Innovations for evaluation and for the preparation of individual and group reports. In order to obtain these tests, companies must first sign a confidentiality agreement. Test Innovations develops tests at the request of universities, schools or commercial enterprises.
