Test Industry Information

Test Industry aims to be a leading player in the design and production of test benches in the hydraulic, mechanical, automotive, and aerospace sectors. Bimal, founded in 1984 in Perugia, and Leonardo, active in Brescia since 1994, are two companies operating internationally in the industrial testing sector and the first companies integrated into the Test Industry project starting in 2017. Together with a group of financial and industrial partners, in 2019 IGI Private Equity acquired control of Test Industry with a clear vision: to create a multinational company specializing in test benches for industrial testing, characterized by a high technological level and maximum customization of the products. An important objective to be achieved through the organic growth of the factories and brands, and targeted acquisitions, aimed at strengthening the geographical presence of the company in various markets. A fundamental step in this direction was achieved with the double acquisition – in February 2022 – of the companies TestingService and GiM, both operating in Aachen, Germany.
