Tescom Hellas Company was established in August 2007 under the commercial label UPS Inform Hellas. Our initial share scheme involved the major shareholders of the Company UPS Inform Electronics and executives of the Greek IT market with over 20 years of experience in the field. Recently, after many years of successful operation, We made another big step forward. We changed into S.A., Test Tüm Elektronik (which is also a Production Company of UPS, AVR, Chargers, STS with more than 20 years of experience in the international market) entered the share scheme and We changed the brand name from UPS Inform Hellas Ltd. to Tescom Hellas S.A. To achieve our objectives and vision, We decided to significantly increase the capital of the Company and to transfer to new modern facilities with a surface area 1600m², which will serve the full commercial activity.
