INGAL Corporation was established in early 2017 in Orlando, Florida, in order to be the distribution center for Organic Bloom for the North American market and to develop research partnerships with American entities and universities.

Brascom was founded in 2004, is located in the city of Orlando. Its founder Alex, began to market the Acai (so little) widespread in the American market. Launched its own brand Acai Express, in 2008 and subsequently added the FROOTY brand. In 2010 there was an expasion of the segments and with that new lines were aggregated, highlighted the ORNNA brand. Today Brascom has a wide range of products and operates in nine states and continues to follow its expasion plan.
