At TerraBarrier, we are enabling the next generation of materials for extreeme environments. Our technology is a novel surface modification process that transforms the outermost microns of alloys into an inherent barrier against environments such as hydrogen permeation, hydrogen/ammonia embrittlement, acidic and cloride environments. Unlike conventional methods our process forms an inward-growing layer that is integral with the substrate, homogeneous, and free from secondary oxides. The result is up to 10³ better performance in some extreme environments.
