R&D Our technical department is continuously working to find and apply solutions that always contribute to improving the quality and performance of our molds. We have a thermoforming machine for prototypes and pre-production, which allows us to do applied research and demonstrate the customer the optimal functioning of the mold before proceeding to the actual production phase. SUSTAINABILITY Finally, the intelligent and respectful use of resources also allows us to aspire to another important goal: to produce with the lowest possible environmental impact. LEAN PRODUCTION Reactivity and organization allows us to guarantee a lean and fast operational flow: the technical office carries out the design of the commercial object, the technical office carries out the design of the commercial object, starting from your sample / or your specifications. Then we carry out the design of the application mold through 3D CAD. Then we build the mold, we assemble it and in some cases we test it. The departments are networked and the operations of CNC machine tools are managed thanks to CAM programs.
