Reddy is a distinguished entrepreneur, philanthropist, and investor with a career spanning IT, federal government, and real estate. In 1995, he founded enGenius Consulting Group in Atlanta, growing it into a global firm with over 250 employees across 30 U.S. locations and five countries. He also developed and operated 20+ hotels under major brands like Hilton and Marriott, setting new hospitality standards. Relocating to India in 2007, he established Terminus Group, a leading real estate firm in Hyderabad, completing over 7 million sft. of construction with 11 million sft. more underway. A dedicated philanthropist, he leads initiatives like IMPACT and Sparsh, earning numerous accolades for his contributions to industry and society.
