Tenzing Performance is an independent advisory and delivery firm that helps manufacturing, operations and engineering leaders deliver the programmes that matter. We named the firm after Tenzing Norgay, the sherpa who guided Edmund Hillary to the summit of Everest. That is exactly the role we play: by your side, all the way to the summit of your programmes. We partner experienced consultants with senior industry veterans, our Wayfinders, people who have led these programmes from the inside and know the terrain. Together we help leaders in three ways: scaling digital manufacturing across the business, delivering complex capital programmes and orchestrating multi-vendor delivery environments. Our approach runs through three stages: Basecamp, where we establish a shared understanding of the vision and value; Trail Mapping, where we build the business case and delivery plan; and Summiting, where we provide embedded support through delivery and value tracking.
