Tenecks, LLC is a privately held consulting organization. It was founded to provide Human Resource and Payroll Systems project management and implemenation support to clients, including ongoing production support for the SumTotal/Acerro/Cyborg HR/PR Management System . We have the Project Management skills to ensure the milestones are met, the issues are tracked and the scope creep is kept under control. We can help you with: Planning - defining the goals and objectives and how to reach them; Familiarization - Gap analysis, prototyping and re-addressing the current needs; Design & Development - coding of enhancements and building of test data; Testing - Documenting and planning Unit, System, Integration and Parallel testing; Implemenation - Final cutover support.
