Tender Retail is independent payment software. Since 1985, enterprise retailers across North America have trusted it to connect POS systems, payment devices, and processors of their choice. Tender Retail runs within the point of sale, handling the transaction from the POS to the acquirer and back. Card data stays encrypted through Tender Retail. Payment logic sits within the software, independent from the hardware and the acquirer. We maintain integrations across the acquirers, devices and gift card providers that serve enterprise retail. Our customers span retail, grocery, food and beverage, convenience stores, discount stores, pharmacy, liquor, lodging and hospitality, sports and entertainment, and parking, across North America and Latin America. They deploy Tender Retail directly or through our partners: VARs, ISVs and solution providers who build it into their platforms.
