TEN is led by 10 senior influential women in the property and construction industry with a mandate to connect and empower women to create a meaningful impact. The vacant board position will be filled and announced June 2024 TEN has been designed to: - Provide opportunities for senior women to broaden their networks both from within the industry and from other sectors - facilitate opportunities for emerging senior women to meet professional decision makers - provide a safe and inspiring environment to discuss issues in the workplace or outside of it - facilitate empowerment of women through business or philanthropic opportunities We hold ten lunches across a financial year. Five of the TEN board members attend each lunch and invite a guest who is either a client, industry leader, inspirational and/ or an emerging talent who would benefit from meeting with key industry people of influence and/or decision makers. By attending a lunch, guests automatically become a member of the TEN network. We are currently in Series 8 with approximately 350 members and continue to grow. An annual cocktail event is held for all members and a number of informal meetups happen throughout the year for members and aspiring TENners.
