Jay founded Tempus Dynamics in 2014 with the purpose of providing exceptional medical informatics solutions. In his previous position at the Kennedy Krieger Institute as the Director of Medical Informatics Information Technology, he built and managed the technology platform for the Interactive Autism Network (IAN). The Simons Foundation partnered with IAN for their SSC@IAN project and wanted to expand the capacity and capability of autism research technology. Tempus was formed out of this desire and has been managing IAN and the SSC@IAN ever since. In addition, Tempus provides technology services for SPARK, another autism research program.
