We strive to create an inviting atmosphere and a spirit of unity where all feel welcome regardless of background and lifestyle, without judgment. We aim to share our love of Judaism with our youth, and to teach them to love and respect their heritage and traditions so that when they mature they make positive Jewish choices. We support an educated laity and to that end we offer meaningful classes for our adult community so that lifelong Jewish education can be actively modeled to our youth and in so doing create meaningful experiences in prayer and Jewish living. We aim to foster a positive image of Judaism and Israel to the wider community, and thus support civic programs that help foster positive relations with all faith and ethnic communities in our area. We see Judaism as compelling and meaningful, whose message speaks to the problems of modern society, both in terms of social action and human relationships. Those who see Judaism as a path for their spiritual journey and who wish to join the Jewish faith and the Jewish people can be assured of an atmosphere of acceptance and encouragement. Lastly, we stand together with Jewish communities around the globe and stand proudly with the democratic State of Israel as the homeland of the Jewish people. We support all initiatives which will lead to true peace and security for Israelis and for all peace loving groups in the region who believe in a peaceful and prosperous future for their children. In the words of the Prophet Micah, (Micah 4:4): "Each will sit under his vine And under his fig tree, With none to make them afraid."
