TEM Software serves as a subcontractor on software development IDIQ's in the federal government. We serve Program Managers that: - need fast delivery – they need hard-to-find candidates ready to interview in-person within a week. - desire quality people who will stay on the job for a long time. - want subs that are easy to work with, administratively – who can submit needed forms with a same day turnaround. In 2002, TEM Software became a sub-contractor to Lockheed Martin at the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), where we've been for the last fifteen years. Our work spans Big Data, custom development, scenario driven analytics, Agile, and DevOps.
