TELT is a global education consultancy specialising in English language teaching reform and the broader systems that support it. We work with governments, ministries of education, donors, universities, and institutional partners to design and deliver programmes that improve teaching quality and expand opportunity for learners. Since 2017 we have delivered over 70 programmes across more than 50 countries, with engagements spanning Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East and North Africa. Our work ranges from single-institution pilots to multi-year national reform programmes, and from short research evaluations to sustained capacity-building partnerships. In 2024 the UK Government Highly Commended TELT at the Made in the UK Sold to the World Awards for our contribution to the UK's education export sector. The work itself spans six interconnected areas: teacher professional development, curriculum and assessment design, digital learning, education systems reform, equity and inclusion, and research and insight. We treat these as levers that rarely operate in isolation. A curriculum reform without teacher development rarely lands in the classroom; research without translation into practice rarely changes what learners experience.
