We craft our tequila from the highest quality 100% Weber Blue Agave, carefully harvested, closely trimmed and cooked slowly in brick ovens in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Once cooked, we crush, ferment with champagne yeast, and twice distill each expression in small batches. Telsón Reposado and Telsón Añejo age in French Limousine Oak barrels before bottling.
