TELL our children is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to sharing communication skills for adults to reach our youth. To TELL a child means to teach, encourage, listen, and love them. The TELL Our Children mission is to become a global nonprofit organization that develops and provides outstanding resources that unite, mentor, and inspire adults to Teach, Encourage, Listen, and Love (T.E.L.L.) our youth. We believe from a child’s first breath, the child begins collecting life experiences. Our youth come to know about living life largely by watching and interacting with adults. These interactions can have a great impact on a child’s current and future thoughts and feelings. When an adult wants to tell a child ‘something’, how we say the ‘something’ matters. We believe when adults become more aware of how their messages teach, encourage, listen, and love a younger person, adults can become better at helping children develop into strong, healthy and resilient adults. The TELL Our Children vision is to create a world where all children have at least one adult in life who will T.E.L.L. them, unconditionally!
